As for the unlimited plan, one customer mentions that “Mint Mobile’s unlimited high-speed data offer is a scam. They offer unlimited text, talk, and high-speed mobile data, but they make a concerted effort to barely inform you of the 40 GB cap on the high-speed data.”

Not long after this review, it was announced that Mint Mobile removed its 40 GB cap on high-speed internet.
