Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Cape Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Private Tech, Inc. dba Cape (the “Sponsor”).

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its designee. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on September 3, 2025, and ends no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on December 15, 2025 (the “Entry Period”), if a winner has not yet been selected.

WHO MAY ENTER: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. This Sweepstakes may be restricted for residents of Florida and New York, pending registration and compliance with state law. Said residents must be age 18 or older at the time of entry (collectively referred to hereafter as “Entrant” or “Entrants”).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, any entity Sponsor designates to administer the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside the fifty (50) United States of America, DC and wherever else prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN: During the Entry Period, visit and click on the link to the privacy statement at to read the Cape privacy statement. An “Easter egg” link will be embedded in the privacy statement. Read the privacy statement to find the Easter egg. Click on the Easter Egg and follow all onscreen instructions to enter the Sweepstakes by completing and sending an email referencing the Easter Egg to info@cape.co. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical difficulties sending the email. ENTRY LIMIT: THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER ENTRANT.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more entries by using multiple or different email accounts, identities, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries, and that Entrant will be disqualified. Use of scripts, macros, or any other automated system to participate or subvert the process is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of an identity dispute, entry will be considered made by the registered holder or owner of the email address account used for entry. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder of the email account. Mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified along with all entries associated with the disqualified entry or entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, garbled, damaged, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or mutilated due entries. All entries submitted become property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.

PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize: 4 day/ 3 night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Switzerland on a date and time as determined by the Sponsor.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $7,500.00. Prize consists of the following:

  • round trip coach airfare to Switzerland for the winner and guest originating from a major commercial airport located in the US city nearest to the winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor;
  • ground transportation for the winner and guest to a chalet;
  • three nights lodging accommodations (one room and room tax only) at a private chalet;
  • a private dinner for the winner and guest with a chef at the chalet during the stay in Switzerland on a night of Sponsor’s choosing based on the chef’s availability;
  • a three-year subscription to Cape mobile phone service subject to service and availability restrictions (service area restrictions apply and availability of service is not guaranteed at the time of the award of the prize or for the duration of the winner’s lifetime); and
  • a meal stipend of $1,500 for expenses related to meals purchased by the winner and guest during the winner’s stay in Switzerland.

The prize may not be transferred or resold. The Sponsor is not responsible for any flight or transportation delay/cancellation, and not liable for any expenses incurred because of any delay/cancellation. Winner must accept the prize in its entirety or prize will be forfeited. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the actual value of the trip is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Taxes are the responsibility of winner. An IRS form 1099 will be filed in the name of winner.

No substitution of prize offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and prize may not be redeemed for cash value, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. The winner and his or her guest(s) understands that all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, meals, additional hotel amenities, alcoholic beverages or fees, incidentals and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and guest. Additionally, the winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (i.e., photo ID) prior to travel. The winner’s guest may need to meet the age of majority within his/her jurisdiction and will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor. Meet and greet, travel, Cape phone service and overnight accommodations at the chalet are subject to availability. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winner acknowledges that meeting with Proton’s CEO, the visit to CERN, and the private dinner with a chef is beyond the control of the Sponsor and is subject to being rescheduled, modified, or cancelled. If any part of the prize is unavailable, postponed, canceled, or does not occur, no compensation or substitution will be provided, and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner other than to supply the remaining portion of the prize minus the unavailable portion of the prize. If for any reason whatsoever, the winner is unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. The winner and guest must comply with any security procedures or measures imposed by the airlines, Proton’s CEO, and/or the CERN or chalet personnel and/or their respective representative(s). The Sponsor, Proton, the CERN or the chalet’s representative(s) reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel the winner’s and/or guest’s attendance or presence due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct.

Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or inability to fulfill all or part of the prize (including but not limited to travel, accommodations, or activities) due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, acts of government, border closures, visa or entry restrictions, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, airline or transportation disruptions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor (“Force Majeure Event”).

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value, reschedule travel dates, or cancel the prize entirely without further obligation to the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred by the winner as a result of such changes, including but not limited to missed travel, lost accommodations, or other out-of-pocket expenses. The winner acknowledges that acceptance of the prize and participation in any travel is voluntary and assumes all associated risks, including the possibility of cancellation due to Force Majeure Events.

WINNER SELECTION & ODDS: The winner is whoever emails first about the Easter Egg and meets all qualifications in these rules. If more than one person emails at the same time, the potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received earliest. A random drawing will be conducted on or before November 5, by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND/OR ITS DESIGNEE. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER UNTIL HE/SHE HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND NOTIFIED THAT THE VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

The potential winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days after the selection (by first response or random drawing date) and may be required to complete and return a) an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release, and b) an IRS W9 Form (collectively referred to as “Prize Documents”) to the Sponsor within three (3) business days after the date of notification. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following non-exclusive reasons: [1] a potential winner's failure to respond to email notification within three (3) business days after the email notification is sent; [2] the return of an email notification or message as undeliverable; [3] the receipt of any other notice from Sponsor of an undeliverable prize; [4] the potential winner's failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; [5] potential winner's failure to submit the required Prize Documents within three (3) business days after notification; [6] potential winner’s failure to claim prize within three (3) business days after he or she is confirmed as the winner; or [7] any other non-compliance with these Rules. In the event of prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor shall have no liability if notification is lost, intercepted, or not received for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in winner’s email account or other contact information after entering the Sweepstakes. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, winner and/or guest may be disqualified if Sponsor learns that the potential winner’s conduct has been inconsistent with generally accepted norms and/or might diminish the public reputation of the Sponsor or if winner/guest is not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its agents and licensees to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, voice, video recording, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting by Cape-affiliated influencers) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world for three years, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Furthermore, Sponsor and/or its agents may film, record and/or take photographs before/during/after the prize experience, and may use the resulting footage, recordings or photographs for a range of purposes, including, without limitation, for marketing and promoting Sponsor and/or its licensees, promotion partners, and agents and their respective products and services. No additional compensation will be provided to the winner for any resulting footage. In addition, by accepting the prize, you agree to participate in media interviews, press coverage of the Sweepstakes, and in interactions with Cape-affiliated influencers, as may be reasonably requested by Cape during the prize experience.

CONSENT AND RELEASE: To the fullest extent possible by law, Entrants and any coordinating entities, on behalf of themselves and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), hereby release, defend and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their associated companies and directors, subsidiaries, affiliated or successor companies and their respective owners, members, shareholders, officers, directors, partners, equity holders, agents, representatives, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, liabilities, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Releasees which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, which in any way arise out of or result from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of prize (if determined the winner).

By entering this Sweepstakes, you as an Entrant, agree, represent and warrant that: [1] you will be bound by the Rules, the Sponsor’s and its designee’s decisions, which shall be final in all respects; [2] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness of the Sweepstakes or the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as originally planned, except where prohibited by law, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Rules or to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select winner by such method as Sponsor, in its sole discretion, shall consider equitable; [3] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules, selection or announcement of winner; [4] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of winner to accept prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; [5] the Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects of any of the following: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) violating the Rules and/or the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy; or (c) violating any other terms, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of the Sweepstakes; and [6] any attempt by any individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of these Rules, as well as criminal and civil laws; and should Sponsor believe or become aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, it has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant expressively waives and relinquishes all rights and benefits afforded by California Civil Code 1542 and does so understanding and acknowledging the significance of this waiver. Section 1542 states as follows: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DID NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN, BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES.”

DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Each Entrant hereby agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or prize shall be resolved, upon the election by Entrant or Sponsor, by arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of either the National Arbitration Forum (“NAF”) or the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as selected by Entrant. If arbitration is chosen by any party with respect to a claim, neither party will have the right to litigate that claim in court or have a jury trial on that claim. Further, neither sponsor nor any entrant will have the right to participate in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or other persons similarly situated, or as a member of any class of claimants pertaining to any claim subject to arbitration. Except as set forth below, the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Note that other rights that an entrant would have if entrant went to court also may not be available in arbitration. Any claims, judgments and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes. Each Entrant hereby waives any rights or claims to attorney’s fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of entrant, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise. The arbitrator’s authority to resolve Claims is limited to Claims between Sponsor and any Entrant alone, and the arbitrator’s authority to make awards is limited to awards to Sponsor and Entrant alone. Furthermore, claims brought by either party against the other may not be joined or consolidated in arbitration with Claims brought by or against any third party, unless agreed to in writing by all parties. No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Rules and without waiving either party’s right to appeal such a decision, should any portion of this provision be deemed invalid or unenforceable, then the entire provision (other than this sentence) shall not apply.

If any provision of these Official Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable, and that in any event, the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision will not affect any other provision of these Official Rules, and these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect, and be construed and enforced, as if such provision had not been included, or had been modified as described above, as the case may be.

PRIVACY: By entering the Sweepstakes, the information Entrants provide may be sent to promotional partners. Entrants may be contacted by the Sponsor and any promotional partners with future promotional offers. The information provided by Entrants to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at .
